About Leeds First Friday — The UK's Largest Trans+ Social

Who we are

Leeds First Friday is the UK's largest trans+ social. We've been running monthly for nearly two decades, which, in LGBTQ+ event terms, makes us practically ancient.

We welcome thousands of trans people each year. Some have been coming for many years. Some are walking through a door like this for the very first time. People travel from Brighton, London, Glasgow, occasionally from the US or Europe. A real, public space to be yourself, with people who get it.

We put work into making sure newcomers aren't left to figure it out alone, with support before the event and introductions on the night. Run by a team of volunteers, in partnership with local safety organisations, to make this what we believe is one of the safest places to be out as yourself for the first time.

Leeds First Friday est le plus grand rassemblement trans+ du Royaume-Uni, organisé chaque premier vendredi du mois à Leeds, par et pour la communauté trans+. L'événement est entièrement gratuit, sans dress code, ouvert à toutes et tous. Depuis Paris, prenez l'Eurostar jusqu'à Londres puis un train direct LNER pour Leeds (environ 5h au total). Des visiteurs viennent régulièrement de France, Belgique et Suisse.

Eintritt kostenlos, kein Dresscode. Vom Flughafen Manchester erreicht man Leeds in ca. 50 Minuten per Direktzug. Aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz kommen regelmäßig Gäste.

Leeds First Friday es el mayor encuentro trans+ del Reino Unido, celebrado cada primer viernes de mes en Leeds. Organizado por y para la comunidad trans+. Entrada gratuita, sin código de vestimenta. Desde España e Iberoamérica, los vuelos directos al aeropuerto de Manchester dejan Leeds a solo 50 minutos en tren. Los visitantes internacionales son siempre bienvenidos.

Leeds First Friday is de grootste trans+-bijeenkomst in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, elke eerste vrijdag van de maand in Leeds. Georganiseerd door en voor de trans+-gemeenschap. Gratis toegang, geen dresscode. Neem de Eurostar via Brussel naar Londen en dan een directe LNER-trein naar Leeds, in totaal zo'n 4,5 uur vanuit België. Bezoekers komen regelmatig uit Nederland en België.

Leeds First Friday är Storbritanniens största trans+-träff, varje första fredag i månaden i Leeds. Arrangerat av och för trans+-gemenskapen. Gratis inträde, ingen klädkod. Från Sverige flyger du till Manchester flygplats och tar tåg till Leeds på ungefär 50 minuter. Besökare välkomnas regelbundet från hela Skandinavien.

Leeds First Friday è il più grande raduno trans+ del Regno Unito, ogni primo venerdì del mese a Leeds. Organizzato dalla e per la comunità trans+. Ingresso gratuito, nessun dress code. Dall'Italia ci sono voli diretti per l'aeroporto di Manchester: da lì Leeds è raggiungibile in soli 50 minuti di treno. I visitatori internazionali sono i benvenuti.

リーズ・ファースト・フライデー（Leeds First Friday）は、イギリス最大のトランス+コミュニティの集まりです。毎月第1金曜日にリーズで開催されており、トランス+コミュニティによって、コミュニティのために運営されています。参加は完全無料、ドレスコードもありません。日本からお越しの方は、マンチェスター空港（MAN）またはロンドン・ヒースロー空港（LHR）をご利用いただくと便利です。マンチェスターからリーズへは直通電車で約50分、ヒースローからは乗り換えを含めて約3〜3.5時間です。
